Gina Molinari is someone that I have a very special admiration for and I first met her in a podcast mastermind that I was a part of before I launched this show.
I knew that she was a powerhouse right off the bat and it comes as no surprise that she is doing the things that she is which is marketing strategy, coaching people on public speaking and helping them gain more confidence, consistency and clarity and she is even a keynote speaker herself.
Even if you don't strive to be on stages, give speeches or be a singer, Gina still has so much value to offer. Some of the strategies and techniques that she shares can be applied in everyday life, a job interview, a first date or even regular conversation.
She talks all about how we can pull ourselves together if we're feeling some anxiety before we have to speak and it's all eyes on us, and also how to take the focus off of yourself in those moments.
She also discusses why credibility has little to do with degrees and certifications, the most rewarding part of her practice, and what was one of the most formative moments of her life –– singing the national anthem at Nationwide Arena.

On this episode, I had the pleasure of sitting down with my aunt Cheryl while she was visiting Arizona and talking to her all about the life resumé that she has created for herself, alongside her late husband and my uncle Bill.
Together they have traveled all over the world, experienced different cultures, foods and taught some cooking classes along the way as well.
They have upwards of 20 cookbooks which have sold over 2 million copies collectively and they have won 4 James Beard Awards.
Some things we talk about are —
All of this and more, including a tangent about chickens and eggs. I had a lot of fun with this one and I've wanted to make it happen for a long time, so I really hope you enjoy.

On this episode, I share with you my three M's that have been the most impactful for me to implement as daily practices in an effort to get a little bit better mentally, physically and spiritually. Life can be immensely challenging and these three practices can be some of your best tools in the face of even in the deepest trenches of hardship.

On today's episode, I share a story about a conversation that I had with my manager that made me come to a realization of a small detail that would allow me to be more effective in the things that I want to accomplish.
I also pay my respects and share a story about Kobe Bryant that has always stuck with me. Rest in peace to one of the greats of our time, a leader by every definition of the word and a man who's legacy will carry on for generations to come.

Happy New Year fam! On this episode, I share the top 5 lessons that learned in 2019 —
1. If I don't have my health, then I don't have much else
2. Create winning habits
3. Your environment is everything
4. Make time for your hobbies
5. Go all in on your fears until they disappear
Thanks for listening!
On this podcast, I got to sit down with my buddy Anthony Snow who is easily one of the most genuine, authentic and purposeful people I've ever known. He's also the author of the soon-to-be book Embrace Fatherhood, which is coming very soon.
He has a unique way of viewing life that's given me a lot to reflect on and you'll quickly realize that throughout the course of this podcast as well, especially towards the end.
Some things Snow talks about —
I had a lot of fun on this one because as I mention, I didn't prepare a single question in advance for this episode, but I knew I wouldn't have to and you'll see exactly why. Enjoy!
Nikki Metzger is not only a Nike Trainer, owner of her own gym here in Scottsdale, and the 2015 Women's Health Magazine's "Next Fitness Star," but she is just an all around incredible human being.
She's super friendly and approachable but equally as disciplined, motivated and inspiring. It's been amazing to see the culture and community that she's been able to create at her gym, and to hear her story and everything that came before it.
Some questions I ask are —
"What would you say to someone who maybe wants to open a gym one day or start a business around their passion but they just don't know where to start?"
"What's a mindset you have or a mantra that you always come back to when you're dealing with adversity or something challenging?"
"How can we maintain our mental health while pursuing our fitness goals?"
I had such a great time on this podcast, so I really hope you enjoy this one as well, and I'm really looking forward to taking some more classes at her gym and surrounding myself with the contagious positive energy that she creates.

Today's episode features me, myself and I as I bring you my second solo episode of the podcast!
On this episode, I talk about my 5 biggest mindset shifts, how they have made a difference in my life and have allowed me to have more inner peace and make for a better life experience overall.
I almost didn't share this one since I talked about some things that I had a lot of insecurity around for a long time, and I'm still not comfortable speaking for long periods of time and I had to really let go of perfection as you'll also learn about in this episode. But as I mention, it's selfish for me to hold back personal stories of mine if they have the potential to help someone else on their journey.
I really kept you as the listener in mind for this one and it took me a lot to step in front of my ego and and just speak my mind about some of the most important mindset shifts that I've made throughout my 26 years of life. I hope you enjoy!
On this episode, I got to sit down with Jason Euler who is in talent management and partnerships with Relentless Beats who put on over 200 events per year including Phoenix Lights, Decadence and Gold Rush here in Arizona. Jason is one of the most intentional and purpose driven people that I've come across and it's my pleasure to introduce to him if you don't know who he is already.
We talk about how he started his first business by accident which would help him transition out of a corporate 9-5, and how he was able to let go of his stereotypical view of dance music culture and is now building a life for himself within and around it.
We also talk about why he places so much importance in helping the youth, especially those who are at risk or in underprivileged areas.
Jason also touches on the difference between happiness and joy, and why he's after one of those and not the other.
I'm super stoked for you to hear this one, Jason drops some serious truth so I really hope you enjoy.
