I’m super excited to be launching the She Be Red podcast! In this first ever episode, I talk about what motivated me to create it and what I hope you’ll get from it.
She Be Red is an invitation to embrace and love yourself more deeply. There are many pathways to reach this goal, but it’s all about what works for you. The aim of this podcast is to explore healing the mind, body and spirit by sharing hope, telling other people’s stories and providing you with a source of inspiration.
In this episode, I tell you my story: why I’m here, what I’ve been through, and why I’m choosing to go down this road with you. Whatever you’re going through, I don’t want you to feel alone. That’s why I’m talking openly about my own struggles with my phobia, anxiety, OCD, my relationship with food, and obsessive thought patterns.
But perhaps most importantly, I speak about leaps of faith: those small, first steps you take that can be a source of hope and can change the course of your life. Through the She Be Red podcast, I want to inspire you to take those first steps because we are all worthy of creating a life that truly feels good.
