This episode is exciting because I interview one of my closest friends, Dr. Mary Barbera.
Dr. Mary Barbera "fell" into the autism world in 1999 when her first-born son, Lucas, was diagnosed with autism. Since then, Mary has transformed from a confused and overwhelmed parent to a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and best-selling author. After earning a Ph.D., Mary launched her first online course in early 2015 and later built additional courses and a membership program to help parents and autism professionals.
Mary's book, Turn Autism Around, her online courses, weekly podcast, and social media channels help parents and professionals start turning things around for young children with early signs of autism and older children with an autism diagnosis who are still struggling. In this podcast, Mary talks about her mission to impact 50 million autism-affected children by 2025 and the steps she has taken toward achieving that goal.
Join us as we discuss all this and more. Be inspired and Enjoy!

My guest on this episode is an award-winning author, professional speaker, and CEO of Push! Small Business Training & Mentoring, and her name is Alison Vidotto.
Alison set up her first small business in 1992 and found many of the same challenges business owners experience today. Having worked through the Australian 1992 recession, the Global Financial Crisis, and Brisbane’s 2011 floods, to name a few, Alison has developed a real-world understanding of potential hardships businesses face and the need for strategic planning to survive and future-proof your business.
I am so excited for you to hear this interview because in it, Alison shares how she built her coaching business, talks about the charity she runs in Vietnam, and for the cherry on top, she shares how and why you should systemize your business.
I always learn a lot from Alison, so if you are also ready to be inspired and learn from her, listen to her. Enjoy!
