  • Episode 13: Interview w/ Hannah Crews- Humble Beginnings

In this episode, we get to interview our first guest Hannah Crews, she is an influencer, video creator, wife, mom, leader, and boss lady. We can’t wait to hear her story about her humble beginnings and how she transitioned from different seasons to where she is now.

    Key Takeaways:

+ What motivated you the most to pursue your success? If you don’t use your gift then God will use someone else who is willing to use their gift. Use it or lose it.

+ She had to physically dive into the word of God and know who she is in Christ Jesus and actually believe the word of God before she started seeing God transition her into a new season using her gifts and living a fulfilled life.

+ It’s important to pursue the word and study it and put it into action.

+ Start your success by celebrating your small wins and compounding them together consistently.

+“Success is a series of really small wins.”- Dr. Phil

+ Add one new small win every day, aka “having your kitchen clean everyday!”

+ How did you implement boundaries in order to see your success? She recognized that she couldn’t be responsible for anyone else’s opinions and accepted that not everyone is going to like her. You have to get to a place where you’re not living for anyone else but you’re called to live to please God not everyone else.

+ Your calling and purpose aren’t going to include everyone in your life.

+ You are not defined by what has happened to you and what you have gone through; you're called to live an extraordinary life.

+ When you have a vision and you have the burning desire to pursue it, make sure that no one or anything discourages you to start going after it.

+ Whatever your big vision is, start to surround yourself with people who are already doing it begin to learn from them, and volunteer to do the things that no one else wants to do.

+ The best 2 things that you can implement in your life to level up is to have a vision board that you see every day and live unoffended.

  • Episode 6: Your Voice as an Authority

In this episode, we talk about the importance of knowing our voice as an authority. We don't have to be misunderstood when we speak, God has called us to speak with His authority and to be bold and courageous about what we have to say. When we are secure in our identity in Christ then we can speak with His authority.

    Key Takeaways:

We find our authority in Christ as we submit under God's authority. God didn't call us to be timid or to have a spirit of fear but to have a sound mind and to speak boldly and courageous. You have a message and what you say matters. As women, we carry a different type of influence and authority.

    • The biggest obstacle that holds us back from using our voice as an authority is our own insecurity.
    • You have to be self-aware of what is triggering your insecurity and get to the root of it and start implementing the opposite of where your insecurity comes from.
    • Be careful of where you're drawing your security from, is your security in the opinion of others, or is it in God's truth?
    • Out of the mouth, the heart speaks and what is in your heart is what you will speak out.
    • What you speak over your life is what you will believe.
    • Take a moment to take responsibility for the words that you speak and recognize how to speak against the voices of the enemy.
    • Start with baby steps and start taking your thoughts captive and aligning them with the word of God.
    • The enemy's voice has no value to you, so stop listening to what He is telling you and start sowing the word of God in your heart.
    • When you're speaking the word of God you're already speaking with power and authority.
    • The truth is what will set us free from our insecurities.
    • Start meditating on what the word of God says and start sowing them into your heart.
    • Visions of GOLD is our call to action for you to start taking steps towards your vision.

You are not alone, we all need community and healthy relationships. You don't have to be discontent with where you are, you can envision a greater fulfilled life that God has intended for you to live.

      This weeks' vision of gold:

Write down the top 3 insecurities that you struggle and face when it comes to using your voice as an authority and write out what the word of God says about it and focus on God's truth.

      • Episode 5: The Waiting Season

In this episode, we talk about the Waiting Season and learning how to use discernment when you're in the in-between season. What do you do in the waiting season and how do you stay still in God's timing? You'll hear some personal stories of how we had to learn to let God lead the way and how we have to activate our faith to trust God with our season and the vision that He is trusting us with.

        Key Takeaways:

The waiting season is the in-between season where we must learn how to be still with God and to trust Him and activate our faith. We need to learn how to prepare ourselves when we're waiting. It's just like training for a marathon and being disciplined in training our mindsets and our spirits to be able to handle the seasons that are coming.

        • We are a seed that needs to be planted in good soil and in its due time, it will reap a ripe harvest.
        • Know which type of season you're in based on what God is speaking to you.
        • Embrace the process of seed, time, and harvest.
        • Celebrate how far you've come and where you're not where you used to be.
        • If you're in a valley season, you're not alone in the valley God is sitting right next to you in the valley carrying you through the valley.
        • When you going through a process you're moving and progressing even when it doesn't feel like it, you're still growing.
        •  It's okay to have more vision than you have provision because God will always bring you provision for the vision.
        • As much as we have to trust God with our vision, God also has to trust us with His vision to nurture it and be good stewards of it.

        • Visions of GOLD is our call to action for you to start taking steps towards your vision.

You are not alone, we all need community and healthy relationships. You don't have to be discontent with where you are, you can envision a greater fulfilled life that God has intended for you to live.
