  • E4 - We're WILD. As F*ck! A chat with FemTech Founder Hélène Guillaume Pabis

Did you know that only 8% of sport research is done on women bodies?

It means that most apps and products out there are actually made by men, for men! This means that female-specific aspects of sports like performance and recovery don't get the attention they deserve.

The App WILD.AI is working to change that.

Today on She GOAT, we've got Hélène Guillaume Pabis, founder and CEO of Wild.AI!

WILD.AI leverages Artificial Intelligence to provides personalized recommendations and help women train, recover, and eat throughout every stage of life. Whether you're on your period, using birth control, or navigating perimenopause and menopause, WILD.AI
will provide you with the knowledge to discover patterns and optimize body needs, leading to better training.
For example, if you’re in the follicular phase, immunity against pathogens is higher, meaning you’re better suited to handle exercise-induced strain. In this phase, the app – with a caveat saying “if your period does not negatively impact you” – advises adjusting to a higher intensity or volume of training.

    Topics:

    - How WILD.AI leverages Artificial Intelligence and the science of female physiology to help women train, recover, and eat based on their menstrual cycle.

    - The entrepreneur's journey: it's like getting fired multiple times a day! When investors tell you multiple times NO but your belief in your dream keeps you going.

    - Building from her insecurities: how's is Hélène fulfilling the dream of her inner child and the unexpected discoveries she made about women's physiology.
