Most heresy comes from getting Christ's incarnation WRONG! So, let's look to Scripture so we get this RIGHT. In this episode, Bev and Delaney unpack what Scripture says about Christ's incarnation. The incarnation describes Christ taking on human flesh by adding a human nature to his already divine nature. Scripture is clear that Jesus is fully God and fully man, he lacks nothing is his humanity and nothing in his divinity. The incarnation is incredibly important for Christians to understand because Christ's incarnation is the essence of the gospel.
Continuing to study the theme "UNOFFENDABLE," Bev and Delaney talk about how forgiveness fits with being "unoffendable." The life of Joseph gives us marvelous insights into how we can forgive and reconcile when we've been wronged. Joseph experienced tremendous hurt at the hands of his family, yet God providentially used Joseph's pain to save many. In this episode, Bev and Delaney highlight some of the truths from Joseph, how we forgive and how we reconcile with others.
What separates an "ungodly" Christian from a godly Christian? Inner discipline! Inner disciplines is God's process of ordering your spiritual life towards godliness. 1 Timothy 4:7 instructs, "discipline yourself for the purpose of godliness." Having inner discipline frees you to be the Christian that God has called you to be. In this episode, Delaney walks through what the Bible says about how to order your inner life so you can be the godly Christian woman that God intends for you to be.
In this special episode, Bev teaches about biblical submission. "Submission of wives in marriage is good, blessed and a woman's SUPERPOWER." Bev answers: what does the Bible say about submission? What does submission mean and not mean? How do wives thrive in submission? What are some next steps? Many think submission is archaic and misunderstand what it means so Bev teaches through God's WORD to bring clarity on biblical submission.

In another episode of "Christians You Should Know," Delaney and Bev dive into church history to discuss John the Baptizer. John the Baptist is a unique character in biblical history, and he played a pivotal role in the gospels. John came on the scene after 400 years of silence from God, and he prophesied the long awaited Messiah's arrival. John's life and message prepared the way for Jesus's ministry, and John's death foreshadows Christ's death. Jesus calls John, "the greatest man of all time," which means we have a lot to learn from this godly man. Tune in to learn more!
