Hello Starshine,

We have entered a new chapter & Season 2 is finally here… Thank you for your patience. 

To give you some context about this season, I’d like to share where I’m at along my journey:
For a few months, I withdrew from the world & retreated inwards. I fell into a period of silence, confusion & doubt, even. I had questions, so many questions!

I had a few encounters with my shadow & what felt like a “depression”. The turning point was when I decided I had sat with myself and my feelings enough to move through them… That’s when I decided to make an effort to heighten my awareness in daily life so that I can make choices that are aligned & true to my values & purpose, all while easing unnecessary stress & becoming more present.

As a result, I began working on simply BEING… being rooted in presence, connecting more deeply with myself & re-discovering source (a connection I felt I had lost), slowing down from the daily rush of distractions & things that take me away from my power, and really asking myself & the universe/God questions, and LOVING my questions, without needing immediate answers… instead, letting the answers find me when I’m meant to, IF I’m meant to. 

As a result, I’ve now come out on the other side (once again) with a fervent flame that I am burning to share with you this season… because now, it feels right to speak again.

With that said, we are at a major turning point in history. The collective is undergoing a massive shift and a lot of truth is rising to the surface; specifically, the soul-wrenching sight & knowledge of all the ways in which these human-made systems oppress the whole. 

There’s no doubt that this unveiling comes with a lot of pain, grief & resistance… but the only way out is THROUGH! By BEING with it and taking the time to understand our feelings as signals to what needs to change, instead of spiritually bypassing reality out of a desire to avoid uncomfortable feelings. 

We are also experiencing perspective-shattering shifts within (we all have our seasons) and being called to see ourselves more deeply & honestly in our personal lives as we move through whatever obstacles, challenges & lessons we are faced with along our unique, individual journeys.

All that to say: I’ve started focusing more on quality over quantity; creating from flow & rooted in intention instead of against flow, with hurry & need for external validation. 

More importantly, I am learning to make it a priority to be authentic in what I create & choose. Being guided by truth, devoid of rush and born from intuition & ease.

My wish is that this meditation will inspire you to do the same in your everyday life & choices; that you may remember what it feels like to be guided by your inner-voice and carried by conscious intention moment-by-moment, day-by-day.

Hi starshine! I’m back with an  episode on a manifestation method/universal law that has been my new (& favorite) philosophy: the law of assumption. 

I’ve been using this law in my daily life, and it’s not only changed my mindset, it’s also given me mind-blowing results in my physical reality.
