It is often easier to grow when we see someone else doing it.  We all have similar thoughts and emotions and can experience our own awakening through another person. Kateryna is a 32 year-old woman who is ready to become pregnant. She has agreed to share her journey into conscious motherhood publicly and we will see how she works on her body, mind and spirit weekly. This is the first episode of many where Kateryna will expose her journey of conscious conception and motherhood each step of the way. We will look at all the factors in her life that effect health in each of our meetings- diving into nutrition, environment, thoughts and beliefs.
