She Means Well

Gather round girlie pops!!!!! We have a sweet TREAT for you!! This week we are joined by our friend Amy Holman. We could not be more excited to share this conversation with you! Amy has the best style, big sis energy, and a wealth of wisdom she’s sharing with us all today!
We’re really letting Amy run with the mic today, she’s telling us a little about her story. Amy’s experienced so many big life events within just a few short years. She’s battled through what loss can look like in two very different ways. Navigating the change that comes with divorce, and how she learned to find her own identity. Shortly there after - her family then received the devastating news of a terminal diagnosis regarding her dad’s health. Amy made some big life changes to be there for her family in any way she possibly could.
We could not be more honored that her sweet spirit is here to share some things she’s learned navigating the hardest times in her life. We ask her do’s and dont’s when it comes to being there for someone in the midst of loss or grief, and how her faith kept her afloat in the biggest storm.
Again, we are thankful to share this vulnerable conversation with you. You’ll walk away with more than you showed up with. Promise!!

Hi guys!! Back this week with episode 21! Just like the title says - YOUR PURPOSE IS CALLING!!! Pick up the phone, sis!!! We’re diving into what it looks like to have a life of purpose. What does it mean to have an assignment for your life? What do you do if you don’t know what that is? You might feel like ‘how are people finding these answers?!’ No fear - we are sharing from our experience what that means for us so far. I mean, we DID just celebrate Abs 25th. So, at a minimum we have 25 years experience to pull from here LOL but really, we DO feel like we’ve uncovered a bit of what “our mission” here is. We’re going to continue this conversation throughout the year and see what ways God moves in our lives! Join us and get honest looking to get more fine tuned about your purpose!!!

We've all been asked the question; What's your love language? OR maybe you haven't! That's okay because in this episode we unpack each love language and share our personal experience being in relationship with people of different "love lingo, if you will". Happy new year!! (Well almost!) Not a hot take to anyone but HOW is it the end of 2023 already?? This year flew, and we are sooo excited to see what 2024 has coming down the pipe line! This week we are revisiting some of the big lessons we learned and are taking with us from 2023. Reflecting on what we are proud of from this last year. And of course we talk about how we’re getting excited for next year, and all we plan to bring into it. Now! PLZ hold us accountable… WE WILL BE READING AND RUNNING THIS YEAR. SAY IT WITH ME!!!!! READING! AND! RUNNING! (and a little bit of some saxophone) As well as a prayer for us, that we don’t flop!!! With that said, we will be needing all the recommendations for must reads!

Ho ho ho! Merry Christmas guys! We’re diving on into Christmas this week! (Would’ve allowed a week earlier but for those “December only” people we waited) you’re welcome!!! Haha jk! 
We’re diving in first with a little nakey spa update! We are obsessed and will most definitely be back! The most relaxing refreshing hot/ cold pools, saunas, massages, all while in your bday suit! What more could a girls ask for?! 
And of course we move right on into Christmas! Giving you a good list of our go-tos or things on our lists as well!! Are you more practical? Or a splurger this time of the year???
