Starting things off sweet (too sweet?) this week! Abigayle has a little science experiment for us all! She’s sharing about a lawsuit against Pepsi, and how a man found a RAT, yes you read that right, a RAT in his Mt. Dew. Abs is V passionate about how bad soda is for our teeth. (Doing the Lords work). She’s so thoughtful she brought home a visual lesson from work to really drill into our brains, so we never forget. SODA IS A NO NO. You’ll have to wait until next week to see what damage soda does to our teeth to really believe her!! But as far as I’m concerned, I’m SOLD!
We moved right along into the true heartbeat of what this episode is really all about. Discussing a message we heard at church about what it looks like to dial in on the gifts God has given us. How do we use that to bless others? How do we use that to become who God designed us to be?
Sometimes we feel this knock at the door of our hearts that we are supposed to pursue something different. Whether that be a leaving job, ending a relationship, making some sort of big move in your life. we are talking about how important it is to trust the knock at the door what God is calling us to do. Especially if it is in line with way he has gifted us. How do we get out of the driver seat into the passenger seat of our lives? Letting Jesus literally take the wheel
Is one of the best decisions we can ever choose to make!

Hello hello hellooooo!!! We’re back & we MISSED U! We’ve been off for a few weeks now and could NOT be more happy to be in the swing of things again!!

Bay gives a vaca recap, Abs shares how she was able to get a much needed reset herself as well! We are recharged and back in action!

A is surprising B a little this week with a topic she had no idea was coming! We’re talking about discipline. No, not about self discipline. (Although interesting topic to circle back to in the future). But more so how our parents handled discipline with us when we were children. What did it look like when we were in trouble as a child? How did our parents handle that? Was it different from sibling to sibling? We talk about the similarities and differences in our households and how our parents chose to handle things.

Maybe feels a little random and an interesting conversation to dive into after a few weeks off. But we just wanted to have a IRL convo in the moment. Being a firm believer in that our experiences help to form the people we are today, we think it’s an interesting topic to revisit as adults and hear. We would LOVE to hear your thoughts on this episode!!

Well well well, here we are again! Welcome back for an incredibly funny OR incredibly offensive episode. Only you can determine which way this will go for you!!! Baylie is off to the races with a deep dive for Abigayle. Hey guys!!!We are so excited to have you you back this week for our 25th episode!!!! We cant believe how fast the last 6 months have flown by and seriously could not be more excited about the next 25, the 25 after that, and the 25 after that + so many more!!!!Today we are diving into the topic of what TRUE peace really looks like. Abigayle shares a time where she tragically lost her dog in an accident and how she was able to feel ok in the completely not ok times. She explains how she put her faith into trusting there was a purpose that was fulfilled in her time with her pup, Benny. Trusting that she would be ok and knowing how this story could also bring comfort to someone else some day. We’re discussing how to put your trust in Jesus and what that can look like in a day to day sense.ALSO - we are having some fun today too. Pie in the face type fun!!!!! Quizzing each other to see who is the better bff! Tbh I think deep down we both wanted to at least get a taste of the whip cream.. but there can be only 1 loser!!! Cough cough, won’t say who lost 👀

Us girlie pops share from our own experiences that we’ve cringed through on first dates. But tbh, wegotta say, you blew us out of the water with your bad date experiences! You earned a badge of honor in the SMW book if you ask us! And we love you for that. At the LEAST, bad dates are (hopefully!!!!) a free meal, and a story to bring home to your friends. Well… come to think of it, maybe it’s too much to expect even a free meal these days. But we are here for the stories, ok!?!!?
You know the saying ‘some things are better left unsaid’? Well… control - alt - delete that saying for today because you guys left nothing unsaid about your WORST FIRST DATES!!! We are here to share the wealth (and laughs) !!! I am so sorry on your behalf if you had to live through one of these bad dates, but the stories must live on!!
We also discuss what an ideal first date should look like. Just enough time for one drink? Do you continue the date if it’s going well?? Is there such thing as a good date that goes too long??
