Welcome back guys! Today we are joined by a VERY special guest the one and only Mrs. Ruthie Anne Anderson. Ruthie is a friend of Abigayle’s. They met on their missions trip to Uganda this summer. Abs and Ruthie became quick friends, you’ll see why!
Today we are learning from Ruthies wisdom; the many different seasons (some hard, some beautiful). She shares a very heartfelt look into parts of her testimony who has made her who she is today. One topic being how she has felt the love and forgiveness of God in all choices in her life. She opens up about having an abortion in her 20’s and how she was able to find healing through her experience in Uganda. We talk about how patient the Lord is in his timing and how he has paid the ultimate price for all of us. There is so much freedom if we are willing to hand over ALL of our hurts to God.
Ruthie worked 20+ years on a fishing boat in Alaska, a yoga instructor, a world traveler and is leaving on an exciting new endeavor that we discuss later in the episode. You can find more information on her new journey at nexthalfbesthalf.com. You can also find her instagram at nexthalfbesthalf .
XOXO

God hasn't answered my prayers; What now?
Abs talks about her POV on this topic and things she's been walking through that have developed and continually develops 'bigger faith'. She opens up about her struggle with depression and what it looks like to fully surrender to the plans the Lord has for you - regardless of how unbelievably uncomfortable life can get.
Baylie and her boyfriend lived together for 2 years and in May of 2024 they made the decision to move into separate places.
In this episode, Baylie shares how making this hard decision has been one of the best decisions they have ever made in their relationship. It wasn’t a fun or easy thing to do; it was uncomfortable but has brought the most fruitful season she’s ever experienced. In her personal walk with the Lord, the people that have come alongside of her to support her and in her relationship with Jordan, her boyfriend.
Listen as she shares the fruit the Lord has produced in her life in more areas than one. Through out this episode it’s incredible to her how God has showed up in her life once she let go of trying to control everything in her own strength and to REALLY trust God in this uncomfortable time. Her story is NOT DONE YET, there is much more to come!!
Thank you for all your continued love and support. We seriously love you guys and each week feels like Christmas getting to put our episodes out there. We’re trying to grow and what helps us grow is following us on whatever platform you’re listening on and to share this episode with a friend.

Jumping right back in this week as Abigayle shares her experiences while on her missions trip in Uganda. She tells us some WILD ways God showed up on her trip, the difference between her time in Katwe and Karamoja and how she prayed for the Lord to break her heart for what breaks his; and man did that happen!
As we learned in part 1 of Abigayle recapping her trip; coming home from a missions trip can be a difficult transition. Abs shares the way the Lord has been working in her heart since she’s been home. As well as some honest feedback about her struggles getting back to life as we know it here.
All in all we are SO in awe of our God. He is so big and so loving. The way he opens the doors for this trip to happen and to see the way he showed up all along the way, every single day. It just doesn’t seize to amaze us.
Welcome home Abs!!!

Welcome back baby!!! Today we are diving into part one of Abigayle’s trip to Uganda! There was so much to share this is going to be a 2 parter! She’s sharing about the lead up to her trip as well as specific things she experienced while there. Being both on the prayer team and serving on the medical team, there is a lot to unpack. More than anything this trip magnifies how GOOD GOD IS. Seeing how healing miracles still happen and how much he loves each and every one of us is the reminder we need!!!! We are so happy to be back podcasting and can’t wait to share part 2 next week!!
Stay tuned!!!

Hey there!!! We know you’re possibly sick of it, maybe it’s old news. But we can’t NOT discuss the Blake Lively situation happening?! Giving a slight movie review for It Ends With Us, and dissecting the drama between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni.
Hey sister!!!
We gotta catch up! Choking on a corndog, hairy swimsuits, boudoir photo shoot gone wrong, witnessing child neglect, just to name a few things that happened on Baylie’s latest work trip. LOTS to say!!!!
Abigayle shares about an aWkWarD blast from the past. Hint: involves a cringe behavior on a past flings behalf.

I cringe, you cringe, WE ALL CRINGE!!! No better way to laugh than to laugh at yourself!! Today we are taking a walk down memory lane and watching back some old clips from our start on the pod! We are slightly in the feels coming up on our 1 year bday. So we couldn’t help but DIE looking back at some of the things we said. WHYYYY WERE WE SO SERIOUS?!
If you’ve been a listener with us along this learning process we love you and THANK U. If you’re new here… you must never go back and binge. Cause we CRINGE!
