Trust me! Andrea knows the business like you do cause she knows what you feel. In this episode, we will give you the best advice for your chronic pains in navigating your business.
In one of the highlights of our conversions, she highlighted one of the most crucial elements of how she could pull through the pains of entrepreneurship. She said that coaching significantly in groups helped her, "I think groups helped me because it's like this feeling of being alone and no amount of like, I mean, it helps to have one person tell you that, but I think it helps to be like, oh, there are people who are in the same boat but not only on the same boat."
So if you're listening to this and you have a business idea, I want you to realize that your business matters! Find a community and let that chronic pain of entrepreneurship go; join in some particular community like Profit School

Get your caffeine and settle down; let's talk about the benefits of networking and how it benefited my coaching clients and me. In this episode, I will share with you a new perspective on networking and how you could create a number of brand ambassadors that are going out on your behalf and sharing what you do in the world so that clients or potential clients will know what you do without even talking to them.
Just a note before anything else, relationship building is not a sneaky way to pitch your services; it will be a long journey. One of the primary key takeaways is to enjoy the process and solidify those 'HI's and HELLOs. Don't be pushy, and create a timeline for the right moment. Another piece of this episode is that after discovering the best ways to network, these relationships should always come from a place of service and value-adding. Take the time to pour into these people, get to know these people, and engage in these relationships.
Lastly, learn how to maintain and sustain those relationships. It would help if you remembered to put them into a schedule where you can follow up on the regular week after week, talking to these people on rotation and building real relationships.
Must-listen Moments:
[02:11] One of the critical components of how I've grown my business over the last four and a half years is that I have nurtured and made a point of creating, maintaining, and developing business relationships with people worldwide.
[05:11] I subscribe to a co-working space and have a community membership that first allows me to go to all of the events they host monthly, enabling me to rub elbows with my ideal client. This has been unbelievably valuable in my business, and I cannot encourage you more strongly to find an environment where your people are and to be around and available for conversations. It's incredible what happens every single time I go into the co-working space.
[10:48] It would help if you did more than Ghosting after you connect, and networking will not work if you set up a one-to-one call and never do anything again. You need to learn to put them into a schedule where you can follow up on the regular week after week, talking to these people on rotation and building genuine relationships.

How do you feel starting in 2023? Why are you excited to grow your business? Do you believe that you can take a deep breath and be okay with growth?
Starting or running a profitable business requires dedication and hard work, but it doesn't have to be boring! It can be an exciting process, full of creative problem-solving and strategic planning. Rather than thinking of profitability as a stationary goal, envision it as a process that builds upon itself in your business. Use this time at the beginning of the year to really define what profitability means to you, create goals for your company's advancement, and devise simple steps for these goals to reach fruition. With an eye toward profitability in 2023, let's start the journey today!
That feeling of having a lot of things going on into your brain but there's not a lot of action. It mentally exhausts you but then there’s no output? If you have been here, I have steps to overcome this!
Must-listen Moments:
[05:33] The first way is to journal, journal your thoughts. And when I say that, I mean, dump all of the crap in your head on a piece of paper and keep writing until you stop.
[09:04 ] I find one of the best ways to do this is box breathing. Box breathing works is that you are going to inhale for four counts. Hold it for two counts, exhale for four counts. Hold it for two, inhale for four counts.
[11:02] Determine what your next move or activities should be. Find someone to assist you in evaluating your situation and determining the measures to take.

"Put wins on the cover and keep it on your desk. Keep it there."
Regardless of the results that you're getting, you need to listen and write a letter to your business.
Entrepreneurship is hard. You spend a lot of time and a lot of effort, and a lot of blood, sweat, and tears in your business. And if it feels like it becomes a job, if it feels hard, if it feels like there's no value you get back, that becomes hard to motivate yourself. There's no boss saying, "Hey, you need to get this and this and this done by this date. " And if you can't find it in yourself to drive that forward, you will struggle, you will work, and you will see that evidence in your revenue reporting.
So there are two practices I personally do and share with my clients regularly that make all the difference in whether or not you love your business.
In this episode, I want you to start looking for all the places where you were doing amazing and write them down. We all have gone through years or months where it doesn't feel like we're accomplishing what we want; performing business is hard, and being an entrepreneur is hard. And if we don't give ourselves some support and some love on the hard days, it is easier to quit. And I can guarantee you will be successful in your business if you don't quit, so from the wins you wrote, gather all the many tools you have earned to achieve those wins and put them in your toolbox, so you will be prepared to face the upcoming challenges.

My first question is did you hit or miss your goal for this year?
It's that time of the year when you need to evaluate and mark the journey on where you are. In this episode, I want you to know the importance of assessing your business goals to help you grow and help you navigate the next steps you need to take for 2023.
The first thing I want you to do is evaluate your revenue goals. Check what happened and see if you can get to the bottom of it. Track your numbers, your expenses, and operational cost. Do you have enough profit this year? Understand the finances. If your numbers still don't align with your goals, let me help you. You've got to join She Collective Profit School, and let me walk you through how to get to the master level in the financial side of your business so that you can make decisions and be that bad CEO that you want to be.
Another essential thing in this episode is for you to start to look at your audience, your list, where they're coming from, and decide where you double down next year. What group, network, audience, or social media is bringing you your clients, and how can you capitalize on that next year? Lastly, I want to share a message about the importance of coaching because coaching is king. I want to push you and kick your ass right into She Profit School. This special coaching session with me will get a massive level of community and interaction with me as the coach in a way that will grow your business and blow your mind.
So, are you ready to kick ass in 2023?

I know you think sales are complicated. I know you believe sales are sleazy and that you're trying to convince somebody. And I am here to say that is bullshit. You need to step into the salesperson role in your business and do it like a badass. So I am here today to tell you how to do it, to teach you how to make more sales in your business, and to allow you to feel like that role of the salesperson is one you embrace instead of the one you avoid.
In this episode, I will decode some of the steps to achieve those numbers of sales you set up for your business. Let's start with confidence. You want to be there because, you know, you need to make sales to build a business successfully. Otherwise, it's an expensive hobby, and you need to decide. Does that make sense? So energy, belief, the quality of your service, the benefits. Be clear on the benefits and the potential objections people will have for you and address them ahead of time. Get comfortable having curious conversations with your potential clients to uncover where they might be hesitating. Sometimes that means it's just not a good fit, and sometimes they need reassurance that this group coaching will solve their problem. It would help if you got comfortable having those conversations and determining which one is for each situation. Suppose it's a good fit, great! If not, you've helped someone by disqualifying them quickly so they can continue their search elsewhere. The faster you get comfortable with this part of the sales process, the more success you'll have in making sales overall.
When it comes to leaping to greater heights for your business, it's essential to be in a group that will help you with your goals. The Profit School will help you make the most of your business, and I want to ensure that you're ready to take advantage of everything the school offers. It will be phenomenal. So if you're considering, let's talk and book a call now and help us make sure it's the right decision for you. You won't regret it!
Must-listen Moments:
[00:04:13] You have to know that you are capable of getting those results in, that when that person is highly motivated to make that change or to get the results in their life, that you are just the solution and you are there. So you need to work on your energy first, your belief in what you offer and why your offer is exactly what they need at the exact price that they're willing to pay for to solve that problem.
[00:09:09] The reason is people are going to seek out people they feel super comfortable with. They feel that they are competent; they have referrals or testimonials that they've read or seen from others, all of that sort of thing. So you do need to make sure that you can talk to that, that your benefits of your product and your service exist in all the places a person might go to check you out. of your product and your service exist in all the places a person might go to check you out.
[[00:14:34] Personal life is chaotic, all of that. That is the exact reason you need to be in here so that we can help you schedule and set your life up and automate and delegate and bring back some of that life balance into your business while increasing your profit that is at the very core of what profit school is.

Jennifer joined my coaching group with one problem in her head : how to scale up. Today, Jennifer owns a digital marketing platform called Grapevine that offers services to small and up-and-rising businesses for their online marketing solution. In this episode, we discuss how beneficial for her the coaching group she took part in was and also her background and story in building her business' success.
"Coaching will help you dial down the noise in your head and focus on the essential things, and it helped me to focus on what is most important in my business: quality service delivery. It has allowed me to focus on a smaller group of clients, which has helped me to serve them better and meet their expectations. It helped me build a team of people who can help me with the day-to-day operations of my business, which has freed up my time to work on strategy and growth. "
You may have been in business for a while or just starting. But either way, it's essential to figure out where to turn or what to do next. Must-listen Moments: [00:05:40] I first learned how valuable coaching was when I was a part of that group coaching program. I had the freedom to hold myself accountable.I needed that more of a push to get in, like get my stuff together honestly and really hone in on things. But that was really where I really figured out how, how valuable it was.
[11;07;06] I've never really had a problem with investing in myself in my business, but I am. I have made mistakes before, as we all have. So I'm like, should I do it? But honestly, at the end of the day, I talk to you about what you had to offer your expertise and the profit side of things was everything.
[00;15;14] Why you should coach, why you should invest in your business for the growth in the area that you're struggling in or the areas if there's more than one, and to continue to do things as a business owner that are scary as shit and do them anyway.

Joining a group coaching program can provide some significant wins for you as a business owner. Firstly, it's a great way to build community and engage with other like-minded people. This can be invaluable in getting new perspectives on problems and feeling less alone in the entrepreneurial journey. Secondly, group programs can give you insights into how other businesses operate, which can be helpful in terms of benchmarking your own business. And finally, group coaching can hold you accountable for taking action and making progress in your business - something that can be difficult to do when working alone.
I'm a big fan of collaboration, and I'm always happy to share my knowledge and expertise in whatever helpful way. But for me, the motivation and inspiration from competition drive me to take action. When things feel hard, being part of a group and knowing that other people are vested in your success is incredibly supportive. I've started She Collective Profit School - a group coaching program for women entrepreneurs. With the help of my fellow group members, I know we can achieve great things!
So if you're feeling stuck or isolated in your business, consider joining a group coaching program - it could be the boost you need.
Must-listen Moments:
[00;02;22;16] The best thing you can get out of a group program is the community and the engagement with other people going through similar problems, whether in your industry or not. It allows you to get a little picture of what they're doing, how they're doing it, and that, as we know, entrepreneurship can feel very lonely.
[09;07;06] In my experience, joining group coaching is about the relationships and networking I was able to do within the group program. So when I say networking, sometimes we hear the words like pitching or selling.
[00;13;03;08] As a solo entrepreneur, I appreciate group coaching more when things feel hard; you will find companionship, motivation, and inspiration to keep going. You will be in a situation where people are vested in your success beyond just you.

If you're feeling lost or stuck in your career, seek coaching. A coach can help you set goals and figure out a plan to achieve them. They can also provide guidance and support as you navigate your career journey. If you need to figure out whether coaching is right for you, Misty suggests taking a chance and giving it a try. After all, what do you have to lose?
Coaching is all about helping individuals reach their goals, and that means tailoring the coaching process to fit each person's needs. One-size-fits-all coaching approaches simply don't work because everyone is different. That's why it's essential to have a coaching process that is all about the individual and not just a cookie-cutter process that looks at what the individual needs to be more relevant. When coaching is all about the individual, it helps the person reach their goals faster and more effectively.
