C.A. Kanooble is a comic, podcast host, writer, speaker, mental health advocate and trauma survivor who joined me on Magic Is Real to share the story of her spiritually transformative out of body experience.

C.A. survived a severely traumatic event which was fortuitously interrupted by the intervention of a faceless young woman who she later discovered, during a profound out of body experience, was her future self.

While we did avoid discussing C.A.'s kidnapping and assault in depth, some of the details she touched on may be disturbing or triggering for some viewers so discretion is advised.
