In this episode, she opens up about how she healed the shame of having been in two abusive relationships and having been raped several dozen times. As she healed herself so much changed.

Marie is the founder and owner of Clear Solutions. She helps small business owners document their standard operating procedures so they can run more efficiently. 

She is also an avid hiker and sea kayaker and knows what it feels like to be a very heavy bleeder. 

She has had to overcome shame around her periods and she has helped many women clients who are made to feel ashamed because they are not perfect and their business isn’t perfect. No business owner is perfect, no business runs perfectly, and improving business efficiencies is an ongoing process.

Today on the pod we are joined by Catherine and Lauren Lee Founders of Semaine health- a PMS and Period Support Supplement that was formulated after the sisters struggled with Endometriosis for more than 15 years!   

Endometriosis is a condition where endometrium-like cells migrate from the uterus and perform a similar function (inflame/shed) in parts of the body - most commonly the pelvic cavity- where they are not really designed to be.   

While this condition impacts more than 176 million women and menstruators worldwide there is no known cure and very little for treatment options apart from a lifetime of over-the-counter pain medication, or surgery.   

Disappointed with the options Lauren with her husband formulated a blend that had her experience her first-ever PAIN FREE PERIOD. In a bit of disbelief, she had Catherine try it out as well.
