In the Buddhist teachings, greed (grasping, desire) is considered one of the 3 Poisons (along with hate and delusion) that causes us to create suffering not only for ourselves, but for others – sometimes in profound ways.
During this talk, Shell explores how we can use the practice to better recognize when we’ve become poisoned by our own greed and desires, and how we can loosen their strength over us so that we can cultivate more peace, harmony, and ease in our lives and in our world.
