Listen to DJ Trump and George discuss the current impasse over the raising of the debt ceiling (hopefully leading to forced spending cuts, but don't hold your breath) and the upcoming midterm elections, in which the GOP appears well-positioned to take back the House and potentially the Senate.
DJ Trump and George discuss the logistically improbable but politically popular separation of the union into partisan segments as well as the Hyde Amendment and its opponents' attempt to remove it for the first time in decades.
Listen to George and DJ Trump discuss further fallout from Biden's long-overdue but criminally mismanaged Afghanistan withdrawal, the new law in Texas that allows citizens to fight abortion directly, and Australia's totalitarian coronavirus hell.
Listen to DJ Trump and George discuss the Biden administration's necessary but disastrously mismanaged exit from Afghanistan and why America's nation-building attempts in Afghanistan, Iraq, and almost anywhere else were doomed from the start.
DJ Trump and George discuss recent policy and protests in France surrounding the Health Pass for COVID, as well as renewed lockdowns in the US.
George interviews Brice Adams, an employee at a political consultancy working for California gubernatorial recall candidate and Sixth District Assemblyman Kevin Kiley, to get an inside look at the California gubernatorial recall on September 14, 2021, including the rules of recall elections in California; the state of the race, both Gavin Newsom's chances of being recalled and each individual candidates chances of winning a recall; and how California voters can get involved.
This podcast and its cohosts (DJ Trump and George) are well-known for our enthusiasm for President Trump, but we also enjoy intellectual discussions of worthwhile viewpoints. Since at some point new leaders in the conservative movement will emerge, George interviewed a conservative (and previous guest), Ramesh, who didn't much care for President Trump but, unlike many others who opposed President Trump, could offer a positive vision for how conservatism could develop and grow in the future, building from Trump's successes while (in Ramesh's view) eschewing his flaws. George and DJ Trump would like to disclaim full agreement with all of the viewpoints presented while recognizing agreement with many of them and thanking Ramesh for presenting a rare positive, principled conservative vision from a Trump opponent.
DJ Trump and George discuss the economic principles behind unions, the pernicious alliance between politicians and public sector unions, and a possible amendment to the Illinois State Constitution that would make the negotiating position of the taxpayers even worse.
