This week, I'm pausing the Intuitive Eating principles series with a special episode for athletes and retired athletes. Whether you've competed in elite sport, or, like me, still overidentify with being the captain of your high school soccer team, there will be nourishment and learning in this episode. For folks who aren't athletes, take a listen, it may offer some ways to soften our consumption of sport and change how we treat our athletes.
