So Aireen started cleaning up, that's the inspiration of this episode. She did spring cleaning of her wardrobe, her mini library and her cosmetics and she can now take over the world! You think she's joking? Nah man, she really can take over the world by cleaning up & so can you! 

Slightly pressured at work, Aireen expects to deliver perfection & yet she realises that perfection may squeeze the life out of her, or so it had once upon a time. Had a rough day the day before, she reflected on the importance of progress in that journey towards living in a world that utilises perfection as a drive for a lot of people. But at the end of the day, as her dear friend said, 

"It's the small steps & the 1% everyday that makes us better. 1% of progress everyday is better than 0%" 

and Aireen could not have said it any more perfect than her friend already did. 

Slightly upset with having to delete the original episode 5, Aireen rerecorded the episode ensuring that this time, the episode is up to her standards. She believes that with knowing our worth is beyond the physical realm and that our worth is not defined by it. But how we think, behave, believe defines who we are. She continues to read Rainbow Salt's post on letting go of what's not meant for us. To be focused on you, you & you and not let anyone else steer your direction of life. To let go of things that doesn't contribute to our growth. To show up for ourselves every single day. To not lose sight of how every single day is a blessing.
