Our social media space in recent times, have seen an uprising in the 'fight' against hypergamy. The male folk claim that the females are simply Gold-digging every single time they say they cannot date down. I do not see the problem in refusing to date down; morally, economically, spiritually, and otherwise. Relationships, normally are supposed to be based off of how much value you can get from the other person. In a relationship, no matter how anyone refuses to see it, everyone is giving something. Obviously, what a person gives might not be as significant as what the other person offers but nonetheless, something is shared. People wanting good things for themselves does not automatically translate to Gold-digging. Even if it does, it's not your gold being dug, the owner isn't even complaining. What we should be fighting for is entitlement that comes with these things. In this episode, myself and Amanda tried to makes some things about hypergamy clear. Listen and tell us what you think
