Well, NYSC CAMP, to a lot of people was fun. But to me, it's just one of those many things. It wasn't all that. I can't lie that I didn't meet amazing people but yes it is what is what. Do you think my experience was fun, sit back and listen. Thank you 😊.

Life throws different things at us, at different times. Sometimes, good, sometimes bad. How we respond to these things, matter a lot, as a long term effect could either improve our well-being or Mar our lives. Coping mechanisms are strategies people use to fight back/control negative emotions.

Our people say whenever one wakes up is their morning. Self-realization is an important part of life, a continuous process through which our lives improve.
