I am not saying I've "arrived" as we know we are works in process, but I share to give you hope that God is a God of restoration, redemption and miracles. And you know what? God is all about multiplication, so if He can do it for me, He can do it for you! He will multiply blessings and as you share your story and glorify Him through it all.

After I lost the first 70lbs., my weight plateaued and as a result, I stopped having regular bowel movements. When the doctor told me that I would "just have to learn to adjust" to pooping only 2-3x a week, (yep, a week!) I began trying everything under the sun--Metamucil, Miralax, psyllium husk, cleanses, detoxes, even colonics and enemas.
