Determined to get more time on the court, he made the decision to transfer to a Division III college.  At first, Colby believed that playing at a lower division would automatically mean more playing time and a chance to showcase his skills. But as he soon found out, college basketball is not that simple. From navigating the complexities of a new team dynamic to learning a new system of play, the player quickly discovered that playing college basketball is more complicated than he had anticipated.  In this candid conversation, Colby shares his journey from Division I to Division III basketball, the lessons he learned along the way, and the challenges he faced.
