Jeff N. Sober since 3/30/2010 shares how he came in broke, with a criminal record, no skills and build a big life worth staying sober for. Hitting meetings, building businesses, traveling to over 80 countries all sober. There's a map you just gotta ask for it!
I saw Jason Lo take his 9 year sober chip at the first meeting I went to when I got sober. He made sobriety look cool and it made me feel like AA was cool for the first time. He came in and was broke and hopeless, through AA and the help from its community this man is rich in spirit and in the mf bank!
When I first met Ty, I judged his book cover, I didn't it at first, and he probably didn't like mine either. Good thing we learn how to stop being assholes once we get sober, because I would have missed out on a great friend and a man I have learned a ton from. It is an honor to call this man my friend.

Stay tuned for part 2 of Ty's story!

You've probably met men like Bear, massive men with a massive heart. We got to know him on the show and this man has a ton of wisdom for anyone looking to find purpose out of their past chaos.
We interviewed Danny, this guys got an incredible life story. After a rough battle with addiction, he got sober at 20, started in a community college and ended up at Stanford studying computer science. Today he has a BIG life with kids, a great career and community of men around him showing him the way.
Tim is 11 years sober, a father, friend, business owner, and all around winner. He came out to us from Missouri to tell his story. In his second year sober he built a Sober Meme army over 1 million strong, here is his Dank Recovery story.
We met with Chris, almost 5 years ago this man was out wrecking his life, today he's a WINNER. Shows up for his family, his wife, his friends, and is active in his program. Get to know him through this episode and you'll realize why we keep coming back for more. More Sobriety, More life, More Connection, More God. This is the best deal in town.
When I first met EJ at the weekly meeting I go to, I didn't know if this guy was going to make it, fast forward a year later and he's killing life. Went from park bench to nearly Park avenue. He's got one hell of a story, and instead of getting too deep into the dark parts of his past he showed a ton of his present and how he overcame some BIG obstacles to get where he is today. I am proud to know this man and call him my friend.
Ned is a mans man, he built restaurants, with his own damn hands. Fueled by Colombian powder in his 20s and 30s, Ned crash landed on the shores of Sobriety and never looked back. Whats crazy, is most of his crazy stories, actually happened sober. Proving that just because you're insane, doesn't mean you can't stay sober. We love this episode so much, and if you don't we will refund you your misery.
We actually got the County Sheriff to come and share his perspective on recovery. A combat veteran, father, community leader and overall stud, this Sheriff has decades of first hand experience with alcoholism and addiction. He took time to share with us how he believes recovery resources will improve our community and shared some great stories about how he became who he is today, a normal guy with a big heart for his community. Most of us spent time trying to stay away from law enforcement but today were standing tall, walking with them trying to serve the communities we once were causing problems in.
