One of the scariest parts of putting a live as a short-term rental is the fear of what strangers might do to your home. Property owners need to have confidence that every effort will be made to minimize the risks and that when issues inevitably arise there is a plan and process in place to take care of the issues as quickly and efficiently as possible with the least amount of financial burden.
