When it comes to trying new things and thus probably not succeeding on your very first attempt, YOU choose what you want to do with your fear of failure:
-either to get trapped into the so-called “analysis paralysis” because you tend to overthink everything to make “sure” you won’t fail (even if it’s virtually impossible to make sure of that unless you actually try, trust me) and you procrastinate on your dreams
-or you decide to be “the captain of your ship” like I like to call it and boldly decide to navigate your life as you wish, through the highs and the lows and accept to take each life experience as a lesson to grow from and even are HUNGRY for continuous trial and error to perform best the next time.
This way, you make sure your mind stays away from considerations like the Unknown U, the risk to Fail F, and being preoccupied by the Opinion of others O we just talked about, right?
A great way to switch off the “monkey mind” as we call it and prevent it from jumping from an interpretation to the next is to apply the 5sec rule (5 4 3 2 1 GO) and when fearing the worst case scenario, just ask yourself “so what?” “is it true that it’s a life or death type of situation I can’t survive to”?

We’ll start by defining your past heritage because if you don’t clearly define your fears and don’t acknowledge and accept the negative impacts they have on your life, you cannot possibly act forward by solving them and moving past them
Then, we’ll let our imagination go wild by identifying what would be the worst case scenario.
Finally, I will give you my two quick fixes to get past the fear of failure and just TAKE ACTION.
