He is more than that, he is a researcher with a focus on policing. He took that a step further by stepping over that divide of academia and policing by becoming a full-fledged police officer himself. We discuss the stigma attached to the title of police officer vs FBI Agent. We bring up a radical idea to increase attracting "nerds" to law enforcement.
