I hate when random people come up to me and touch my hair ! So i made this to express that in a very fun loving way .

My take on how helpful therapy was for me , my fear of therapy , and encouragement for you to seek therapy if you need to !

This is my version of short story with a poetic touch, embracing the moment of when i decided to let go and heal.

This poem was all about reflection , thoughts of suicide, wanting to be free, blaming love , myself , and ultimately wanting to seek answers . Sometimes the only things people leave us with our memories to reflect on .

We were on the verge of saying how we truly felt . I was close and so was he . I just wanted him to say those words. And eventually he did, and so did I.
