A 70 year old in the Iron Range was under the influence of meth when he struck and killed two people and is now facing more than two years in prison and will be under supervised release afterwards so this brings about the question - should we feel compassion or convict elderly individuals less for these serious crimes or should it be treated as any other serious murder or serious crime.
