Two-thirds of young people are leaving the church when they get to college. A number of years ago we conducted research to find out why this is happening. We discovered that, starting as early as elementary school, many young people had questions about the Bible that weren’t being answered. Things like “How do we know the Bible is true?,” “What about evolution and millions of years?,” and “Why is Christianity the right religion?”
We live in a secular age when God’s Word is constantly under attack. We need to combat this attack by teaching apologetics, equipping young people to know why they believe what they believe.
