Neil has been fortunate to own two farms so far in his life. He bought his first farm by total happenstance. He had no idea what he was doing. But, with luck and a plan, he tripled his money in 10 years! Additionally, Neil recently bought the second farm with a great tax strategy called a 1031 exchange. He also rents that farm on vacation rental sites such as VRBO.
