How can we best support ourselves to move through challenging decisions that feel as though our life has been thrown upside down?
This topic felt so vast that we decided we needed to split it into two. Part 1 is about dealing with instances or situations that make decisions FOR you. That knock you off balance and force you to adjust to a new normal.
We explore the emotional stages that take place and share our experiences candidly in the hope that you’ll find some solace in the fact this this is a part of our shared human experience.

We might even feel that we have those things figured out.
And yet. In the quiet moments, in our own thoughts (especially during such uncertain, untethered times), we can sometimes start to feel a little less solid. Why is it that our confidence seemingly disappears? And how can we work on feeling more whole, grounded and worthy more often? The book mentioned is "Recovery of Your Inner Child: The Highly Acclaimed Method for Liberating Your Inner Self" by Lucia CapacchioneKim and Sas just wanted to connect and touch base on a few things (and also explain the unexpected delay for Season 2).

Are we stuck with parts of our personality that we’re not all that fond of? Can we change the way we react to situations or circumstances in our lives? Has someone’s voice of criticism become a permanent part of our story? Is what we identify as set in stone or do we have the power to shift any of it?
Kim and Sas continue to probe these questions, but this time talk about how we can take back power, change our expectations, shift into different actions, and create better results for our lives.
This is a wrap for Season 1 with Part 2 of 2 about neural retraining. If you haven't listened to Part 1, it's worth listening to that episode first (link below).

Sas and Kim wrap up Season 1 with Part 1 of 2 about neural retraining, looking at how much of who we are and how we behave are hardwired into our brains from repetition.
So what could change in your life if you were able to catch these habits (and label them as such) and potentially make choices that feel better aligned to who you want to be now?

The word 'success' can so often be entangled with titles, expectations, comparisons and fear.
In this episode Sas and Kim try to separate what we feel we SHOULD do to succeed from what feels right for us and all the challenges that come from straying from the path others expect.
Why is defining success on our own terms important and how can we start to make choices that align with this?

Sas and Kim struggled through an uncomfortable but necessary podcast, especially needed at this point in time.
You've probably been hurt, misunderstood, or offended and/or have accidentally stepped on someone's toes, judged them unfairly, or argued with someone close to you over what you believe is right.
How can we foster more connection and discussion around the beliefs and ideas that divide us while still showing up authentically and staying true our convictions.

In our society we unfortunately often don’t allow space for difficult emotions. In this episode Sas and Kim explore how we can pause and encourage ourselves and others to express and process these losses and why this is so important.
Pushing through and staying strong can mean burying pain with it getting stuck in our bodies.
Are you listening to your heart when grief hits as to what you need in order to move through it?

It's almost oxymoronic when we consider the extreme value of time paired with our inclination to waste it. With subtle gravitas, as well as with levity, Kim and Sas consider how we can make better choices with regard to time.
