Happy Holidays!! This week's Shred the Should Episode is a special holiday edition to help you shred the toxic diet culture holiday "shoulds".
This time of year is wonderful, except for when diet culture crashes the party and tells you not to enjoy your holidays so you don't "fall off the wagon" and “ruin your bikini body”.
First things first, your body’s job is not to look good in a bikini.
Second, this messaging can be so harmful, send you into a "diet starts Jan 1" spiral, and keep you from being fully present or fully enjoying your holiday.
