先日仕事の部署会議でワクチンを打った同僚に聞いた話です🧐コロナによる新たな常識がもたらされるかもしれません🥺ワクチンに対してはいろんな人がいろんな考えを持っているとは思いますが私の考えを話してみました。

I personally think vaccination is the only way out of this corona pandemic. I know there are a lot of different thoughts about Vaccines but I will take whatever may be available for me. What do you all think?

今回も私の日本では経験する事は無いであろうカナダで経験したある恐ろしい体験です。私はこの虫の存在をカナダに来てその虫が棲まう家に引っ越すまで存在すらしりませんでした😰元々虫は苦手だったんですけどこの件をきっかけにもっと苦手になりました。日本でも一部地域に居るらしいのですがたぶん海外の方が多いと思います。私の経験を聞いてみなさまの海外に行く時に気をつけるきっかけになってくれれば幸いです。

Have you heard of a bedbug? I actually never knew about this insect until I came to Vancouver and lived in a bedbug-infested house. It was one of the worst memory of my life. I wouldn't want anyone to experience it. It was truly like a nightmare. I am sharing my bedbug experience in this episode and hope no one has to go through what I did.

今回もまた私が大学生時代に体験した話です。日本の大学に居たら絶対経験してなさそうだなぁと思います。みなさんはこんな経験ありましたか？かなり北米らしいなぁと思ったのですがどうでしょうか？

This is the story of when I encountered a "closed mouth don't get fed" situation in Canada. (kinda.) I don't think I would have ever experienced something like this if I were in Japan. I am glad I got to experience it thou, it taught me a lot. Do you have any experience like this?

アジアンヘイトクライムのニュースは日本にも届いていて最近は日本の家族と友達がかなり心配してくれています。私はラッキーな事にパートナーがいるので1人で出歩いたりする事を避けることが出来ますが、それが出来ない人も多いと思います。弱者を狙っているこの犯罪は本当に胸糞が悪いですし、怒りしかないです。

Asian Hate Crime. This topic reached Japan and my friends and family are very worried for me. Today, I am talking about Asian Hate crime and racism that I came across in Canada. Unfortunately, racism still does exist in Canada and we all know it does. I still love Canada though.

復活祭って日本だとあまり耳にしない祝日ですよね。カナダとか北米だとクリスマスに並ぶ様な祝日なんです。キリストの復活を祝う日なんですけどなかなか日本では認知度が低いかなぁと思うので今回は少しこの日について紹介します。

日本で学生してた時、私にとって教師は尊敬する物あっても憧れる存在ではありませんでした。ですが、カナダにきてからは「カナダでなから教師になっても良いかも。」と思える様になりました。日本の先生たちはどう考えても給料が低すぎですし、待遇が悪すぎます。もっと日本の先生方の待遇がよくなって欲しいです！

Did you know Japanese teachers are getting paid way lower but working way longer than Canadian teachers? I have so much respect towards teachers but yet I can never understand when the Canadian teachers union gon on strike. Japanese teachers are way underpaid and overworking compare to Canadian teachers in my opinion.

皆さんこんにちはかなこです。

カナダの結婚式って何から何まで全部自分で手配しないといけないのでクッソめんどくさいんですよね。でもと同時に細部まで自分の好きな様にできるって言う利点ももちろんあるんですけど笑。どっちが良いかは私はわかりません。私はちなみに日本派です。金払ってでも全部やってもらいたいです笑。

Wedding planning is one of the biggest headaches in your life. lol. JK. In Japan, once you decide on the wedding venue, you are pretty much set since the venue has contracted vendors from wedding planners to restaurants to florists to everything you can possibly need for a wedding event. It seems nice but at the same time, some places charge you extra if you want to hire a vendor that is not contracted to that venue. I know, it is very strange to Canadian people I assume.
