In this spooky chapter, we discuss the popular Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark by Alvin Schwartz. We read the first in this series as well as talk about the 2019 movie adaptation of the same name. We also take a moment to talk through our thoughts in the film version of Colleen Hoover's It Ends with Us.
In this chapter we give some appreciation to the movie and the book of the same name: The Neverending Story by Michael Ende. Despite this being one of our collective favorite childhood movie, none of us had ever read the book and decided to rectify this while also celebrating the 40th anniversary of the 1984 movie classic.
