Darklivity is hosted by True Crime YouTuber ⁠ @Kimbyrleigha ⁠ & her husband Jon. Kimbyr is a law school graduate with degrees in sociology and psychology. Jon is a production studio owner specializing in film, music, and content creation. Together they share a passion for bringing victims' stories to life and honoring their memories. This podcast is intended to be a place where viewers can feel like they are sitting with their friends who share a common interest in victim-focused true crime stories & join in the conversation in the comments. It's supposed to be conversational, not just in the comments but between Kimbyr and Jon and we welcome you to join in; just remember to please be kind. The set where Darklivity is filmed is a recreation of Kimbyr's bedroom from the 90s when her grandmother Fran introduced her to true crime for the first time while watching the OJ Simpson trial.
