We talk about the the voice inside your head that constantly lies to you, as proven when you accomplish something it said you would never be able to. Furthermore, we discuss the lightbulb moment of discovery when you realize such trickery and ask "what else has this voice conned me into believing I couldn't do?" Finally, we hammer home the concept and equation of "progress = fulfillment" and what that truly means.
