There are no moral victories in the NFL, but Las Vegas Raiders QB Jarrett Stidham's first audition went as well as it possibly could despite it ending in a 37-34 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Hosts Scott Gulbransen, Murf from Raider Fan Radio, and Evan Groat of Just Pod Baby, breakdown the impressive performance after a tumultuous week that saw the end of the Derek Carr era in Las Vegas. We also breakdown the other key performances in the Raiders Week 17 performance.

No, we don't know if Jarrett Stidham is a long-term fix for the Las Vegas Raiders at QB but the young player did almost everything you could ask of him in his first start since replacing Derek Carr. We discuss his impressive numbers, demeanor and how his abilities opened up the Josh McDaniels playbook.

While Stidham's one start isn't something that you can bank on when it comes to long-term success, the guys talk about why the moves the organization are making should have fans feeling cautiously optimistic.

As the Raiders head into the last week of the season, with no chance to make the playoffs, their game against Kansas City is an opportunity to impact the playoffs and end their season in a big waay.

From 'The Best Football Show' (subscribe here), The NFL is built around the quarterback but having a good backup QB is never easy in the league. Which teams have shown they have great QB depth?

From '1st & Pod' (subscribe here), Andrew and Zach wonder how much rust Jalen Hurts could have going into the playoffs, Derek Carr's next team, if Daniel Jones is a top-15 QB, a dark horse candidate for Denver's next coach and more!

Breaking on Wednesday afternoon was the news the Las Vegas Raiders have benched starting QB Derek Carr for the remainder of the 2022 season. Hosts Scott Gulbransen and Moe Moton have an instant reaction and talk about the wacko responses they see from fans. But what does the future hold? We also discuss what the Raiders may do moving forward.

While nothing in life is certain, Derek Carr has been struggling lately and with coach Josh McDaniels' decision to bench the QB the rest of 2022, it doesn't look good for Carr to return to Vegas next season.
