After releasing episode 1.2 on 19 December, our plans sort of changed, as did the plans of a lot of people.  We wanted to record a little something to keep you festive during this festive period.

Jo and Simon share their Christmas traditions, and are joined by Dom Saunders, the Weirdy Beardy Barman to talk all things bar work, competitive cocktail making.  To make the cocktail you will need 20ml lime juice, 50ml vodka, 1 spoon of marmelade, 40 ml cranberry juice, 15mg apple juice, and a pinch of nutmeg.

Simon and Jo talk about freezers, gammon, class a drugs, and Jo's mortal aversion to peas.
