This week it's all about barbecues, pizza ovens, charcoal, and smoking! Jo expands her foliage-based hatred, gets moony eyed for lamb neck fillet, and Si lambasts gas barbecues.

We said we'd talk about it, so we have - it's Jo and Si on weight loss, weight gain, the stresses and strains of life. We also lose our rag at silly things.

Jo and Simon talk about fetes and Jo's award winning lemon curd. Jo sounds off about misleading food photography, and Si waxes lyrical about competitive eating.

Happy Easter!!! This week Jo and Si talk about Easter, their plans and traditions. This week's ingredient is the cabbage, which is unfortunately because neither Si nor Jo appear to know what a cabbage is. In the kitchen cringe corner Si opens fire at tiny teeny herb bottles, and Jo reveals her recipe envy. 

To celebrate Mother's Day, we invited on no other than Simon's mum to talk about her amazing experiences living in Sri Lanka with two young children. Jo gets infuriated by jus, and Simon lays into Hello Fresh.

This week we're joined by Kate, host of the Flour, Butter, Eggs, and Sugar podcast chatting through the world of baking. We try and find out the bets use for an aubergine, Jo shares her peeves about tinned fruit, and Si champions the metric system. 

Simon and Jo talk about Valentine's Day and the best thing you can make with chocolate. Jo get's irate at commercially inflated prices restaurant* prices for special occastion, Si makes a tentative stab at overuse of fondant icing.
