Introducing 𝐉𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐚 𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐲 - women's online coach. She's been through quite a number of challenges in her journey and gained a lot of knowledge.

Today we talked about her knee & ankle surgeries, mindset, taking the pill, development of mindset.

It was great to have Jorgia on, next week we have a new guest Matthew Williams from BeSeen Productions.

Currently in Sydney until the hernia is sorted, funny really that in the last episode i said 2 months in each city... Life has a good way of keeping you on your toes

Im off to Sydney next, cant wait to see the next beautiful part of this country...Finding balance between travelling and training and a update on things! 

So its been 2.5 weeks in Australia so far, its a beautiful part of the world i could definitely spend the year here and still have more to see but Sydney is planned for Christmas. Then i want to move more east and north. I think 1-2 months in each area is ideal for me. Hope you find the travel tips helpful, ill keep them coming as i move around.
