So as investors are planning for the rest of the year, it’s the perfect time to speak with Simon Treacy of Singapore’s CapitaLand Investment, which manages properties in more than 40 countries.
Treacy is the CEO of CapitaLand’s Private Equity Real Estate, Real Assets division, and says “The world is pretty much synchronized now. The same discussions you’re having in the US—we’re having in most markets around Asia.”
