Chord-tone soloing in guitar helps any song become better and have quality harmony when playing. To achieve this goal of chord-tone soloing, this type requires both skills and practice.

In this episode, Steve Stine will play using chord-tone soloing and he will highlight the beauty of focusing on melody rather than just playing through scale. He will also help guitar players to know some of the best things to use in practicing the guitar such as timing, phrasing, and even playing in triads and caged chords to create melodic music.  He will also focus on the importance of a goal when playing the guitar.
