Jesus says in Matthew chapter 7 that we are not "to judge", for as we judge we will also be judged. In 1st Corinthians chapter 2, we are told to" judge" all things.    

How can both of these admonitions be reconciled?

Very few believers are aware of the verse in the book of Corintians where Apostle Paul seems to be frustrated with the Gentile members of the Church of Corinth going to unbelievers to have their legal problems resolved. 

With exasperation, in 1 Cor. 6:2-3 he is asking "don't you know....? 

The fact is members of the Church of Corinth were ignorant of the fact that as members of the body of Christ and the family of God, their future involves the roles of being  judges of not only the affairs of man, but also the destiny of angels.

Satan's tactic is to disqualify his future human judges by making them act, look, appear, and think

like the Adversary. 

That is why doing the will of the Father in all of our affairs is so critical to our future destiny.

Romans chapter 8 beginning at verse 14 tells us that if we are led by the Holy Spirit of God then we are sons of God. Verses 14 through 16 of that same chapter says that we have been adopted into the family of God and our spirit cries out to our Divine Father as His children.

Verse 17 says if we are God's children, then we are heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ if we are willing to suffer with Christ so that we may be glorified together.

Part of our heritage as heirs and children of God include the earth and its nations.

As Father God is our provider, it is his good pleasure to give us the kingdom of God.

2 Thessalonians chapter 2 verses 7-12 describe unprecedented "End Times" danger of spiritual deception. The description of the mystery of lawlessness by the lawless one who will put on display the working of Satan with all power, signs, and lying wonders resulting in the deception of all of those who would not receive the love of the truth that they might be saved. Things devolve to such a degree that God Himself will send a strong delusion so that they should believe the lie due to their having pleasure in unrighteousness. 

The adversary becomes so adroit at deceptive tactics that he can even transform himself into an angel of light per 2Cor. 11:14.

Jesus established the protocol on how to pray which we see in Matthew chapter 6: 9- 13. We are to pray to Father God. 

We are to submit our petitions to the Father in Jesus' name. John 16: 23.

True worshipers are to worship the Father in spirit and in truth for the Father is seeking such to worship him. God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.

John 4:23-24.

Since there is no biblical foundation for praying directly to the Holy Spirit, these protocols in the era of deception are for our protection from being deceived.

Jesus was singularly focused on doing the Father's will in all matters. Several scriptures in the 4 Gospels point that out. 

Knowing the Father's will does not happen without intimately knowing the Father. Knowing the Father intimately is defined as Eternal Life. (John 17:3)

The ministerial group of Matthew 7:21-23 in spite of their detailed resume' were not allowed to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. Despite their claims of working for God, Jesus told them that He did not "know" them. 

Thus, I submit that on Judgment day, 2 questions will have to be answered by all mankind.

1.) "Did you know Me?" ( Jesus is asking the question of us.)

2.) If we claim that we did know Him, then the follow up question will be: 

    "Then, did you do my Father's will in all things like I did?"

I believe those were the 2 questions asked of the ministerial group of Matt. 7:21-23.

Something to seriously consider while there is still time.

What seemed to be the obsession of the thinking of Jesus while here on Earth during His years of ministry? Jesus told several groups, several individuals, several times noted in the Gospel accounts that He was ascertaining the will of His Divine Father in all matters. As an example He even told His apostles in Chapter 4 of the Gospel of John that His food was to do His Father's will. The show will cite several verses wherein this theme is reinforced over and over.

If we activate the mind of Christ in ourselves which 1 Cor.2:16 says we already have, will we also be singularly focused on the will of Father God being carried out in our day to day affairs?

Man had a relationship with God in the beginning of the story of Creation of the material world. Man lost his relationship with God by means of Satan's fraudulent deception and thus was separated from God. Man's separation from God meant spiritual and physical death.

The last 5 verses of 2d Cor. 5, describe the mission of Jesus Christ i.e. to reconcile separated mankind back to Father God. 

Verse 19 of 2d Cor. 5, says Jesus entrusted that ministry of reconciliation back to the Father over to us as His body of representatives/ambassadors.  

Thus, when we are evangelizing the unsaved, instead of asking the question: If you died tonight where would you go? Shouldn't we be asking instead: if you died tonight with Whom would you meet up? 

Changing that question changes everything as to our understanding of what are God's goals after we are initially saved.

Why does the Apostle Paul continue to exert himself, apply himself and dedicate himself to such a level of running a race to win, disciplining his body and eschewing shadow boxing for precise fighting in 1 Corinthians 9:24-27? 

Is it because initial salvation is a free gift of an opportunity akin to a scholarship to attain the diploma of eternal life?  

Is it because Eternal Life is the diploma of Union with God, relationship with God, knowing God, and obeying God per John 17:3, and John 12:50 and John 14:6 and John 10:10?

Is it because Eternal Life is to be "laid hold of" per 1 Tim.6:12,19 and Phil. 2:12?

Is it because that those who participate in the resurrection out from among the dead are blessed and holy per Rev. 20:6 and will not be hurt by the 2nd death? (See also Phil. 3:10-11)

These are all questions that you will probably not be asked in church.  

Why is that? Do they not trust that Paul was anointed by the Holy Spirit when writing his letters to the church at large?

At the end of the day, does it matter that we know Father God and the Son whom He sent? That we do the Father's will in every aspect of our lives? (See Matthew 7:21-23 and Matt.12:47-50)

Apostle Paul correctly teaches that salvation is a free gift and we are saved by grace through faith. 

But what are we saved for?  What are we saved from? What are we saved to?

Does the bible ever say, even one time say: that we are saved so that when we die, we can go to heaven?

Paul says in Phil. 2:12-13 that we are to work out our salvation with fear and trembling.

In Phil. chapter 3 he addresses which goals he is pursuing post initial salvation: to know Christ, to be found in Him, to know the power of His resurrection, so that he by any means may attain the  resurrection out from among the dead. 

Are we ever taught this in our churches? What do all those goals in Philippians chapter 3 mean?

Does the modern day Church even understand biblically why it was that Jesus Christ was sent by the Father to Earth? We discussed the number of times the word "reconcile" appears in 2d.Corinthians 5:18-20 in one form or another. Whom was Jesus supposed to reconcile? To whom was this ministry of reconciliation passed on to after Jesus returned to His Divine Father? The answer to these questions could change the direction of your life as a believer forever.
