Simplify Your Midlife episodes

  • Ageing, invisibility and positivity.

    Last episode in season 1.

    Season 2 coming soon…..

Let’s change how we view ageing, both for ourselves and society.

This episode is a call to change how we view ageing. We are ageing differently than previous generations and we believe society needs to keep up. We need to own, celebrate and love this time of our lives! Gen X have a unique world view due to the times we grew up in and this is often overlooked.

This is Cathy’s take on positive ageing and please contact a professional if you do need any specific advice or support relevant to your situation.

Let me know what you think in the comments or drop me an email on [email protected]

Just to note, I appreciate many midlife women do not have kids and while I used a November evening example, there are many other times zing may help us.
