Not all insurance policies are created equal. This is a story of a coverage that we offer that has to be added to a policy. It’s called Limited Water Leak coverage. If you have a slow leak in your house, it is likely not covered on your base homeowners policy. This homeowner benefited from $7000 of coverage because they had this on their homeowners policy. Get with your agent and make sure you’re covered properly.
