Excellent book. Highly recommend it. Demonstrates extensively the use of "pictures" in dealing with and understanding life's issues.

Looking through the eyes of grace

A definitely must read. The book is packed with moving stories about the author's life and others'. It has definitely helped me to look at many painful memories from the past through a different point of view, and now, I can look back and make peace with my past...even if the people who hurt me never apologize, it's okay. I've found freedom and I look forward to living and choosing a life of blessing to those around me.

Well worth the listen

As a non-religious person, I found this book to be rather informational. Learning about different religions from a person with a unique experience has been an excellent way to spend my time. The voice of Angel Clark fills my ears comfortably as I listen.

Don't go by the title

I rejoice in the Lord that this author came to know Christ as Messiah and Saviour, but less than 5% of the book deals directly with "how to witness to Jews". Given different expectations this might have been more enjoyable.

Wasn't a big fan of the narration either. Where it is autobiographical it makes it very distracting that a woman is narrating what a man is saying (maybe that's just a limitation of my imagination). There were several blatantly mispronounced words.

Kingom Nuggets: Do Not Miss This One!

I loved Kingdom Nuggets by Matthew Robert Payne! It is a magnificent handbook for Christian living because it comes from a place that is real. Too many times authors seek to condemn, but this book lets the reader know that no one is perfect and God loves us all. The book is divided into 77 nuggets that cover such topics as Walking with the Holy Spirit; Salvation; Knowing Your Gifts; You Are Important to God; Faith for Miracles; and even Speaking in Tongues. I have walked with the Lord for a long time and I appreciate the simplicity yet profound truths that Mr. Payne expresses from a place of faith. If you do not know the Lord, this work will inspire you to begin a relationship with him; and if you already have that special relationship with Him, you will be reminded of how steadfast and loving He is. Each nugget is written in such a way that the scriptures become clear through the use of clear and concise examples that pertain to life in general. The Bible can be difficult to interpret sometimes, but these nuggets provide an excellent road map to salvation. He proves that everyday situations relate directly to events in the Bible and we need not worry that we are not perfect. I found humility thread throughout every single page and I eagerly recommend this wonderful work to anyone with a desire to grow closer to the Lord. We are never so close to God that we cannot get closer, and no matter how long we have been going to church, there is always more to learn about Him.
