On a quiet cul-de-sac, a well-meaning contractor helps his new neighbor secure the rental home next door. But his small act of kindness backfires when the tenant’s behavior grows increasingly erratic and unsettling. Trapped between this unravelling presence on one side and the man’s openly hostile, ever-watchful parents on the other, he finds himself caught in a tightening vise of paranoia, resentment, and escalating tension that threatens the fragile peace of the entire street.
