We hear it all the time, make the decision, and create a routine. While that may be the cause, we oftentimes forget that decisions are harder to make when we put up time limits. Sometimes the decision calls for a daily attempt. How do you eat an elephant, one bite at a time? That's right, no matter the feat or the tasks, some things call for a daily decision. Just for today, you have the strength to decide how you will live and respond to life. On today's podcast, Sara J discusses her daily routines and daily decisions. The issues that complicate the decisions and pushing past them. Remember, just because it looks a certain way doesn't mean it's not working for your good!

We have all been there before, when the opportunity presents its self we began to dream and create what the rest of our lives will look like. Just as we need to include the person we are building with, you might want to include the one who created you. While we love to think we are in control, we truly not. It's a great thing to dream and create, but be sure to include all parties. Also, on this week's podcast, Sara J discusses the processes of acceptance and how it has changed her perspective on life.
