This year, we are bringing Joy and Laughter all season, all TEN episodes.
As for today’s episode, lets catch up and talk grief! Good grief, the lessons that you learn from and can say, I’m glad I went through that because it most certainly helped me in other areas. Now, I am not being crass or insensitive at all when I say it can be used for your good but I am saying no matter what you are experiencing in the area of loss, it can get better. I will get better because you want to see better.
As for the New Year, be sure to claim what’s yours. Do not allow fear and doubt to rob you of what is yours!

Sincerely, Shameless
Often times we have the hardest times stretching out our arms and asking for what we want. Most times our childhood fears and the limited resources force us to only accept what is being offered. Or other times, we were never asked, "what do you want". In life we are faced with decisions and it's probably a great idea to practice stating what you want out of life rather than allowing the world to choose for you. On this week's podcast, Sara J host talks through the three forms of communication and how she ended up finally being able to speak up for herself and others sometimes. Be sure to share this podcast with a friend, you never know how the simplest of things can be a blessing.

On todays podcast, Sara j discusses the woes of needing a minute to process and set up a plan for whats next. While knowing that God is in control, making her requests known and anticipating whats to come, she has resolved that the season that she is in has no rhythm. While in a season without rhythm, it is imperative to know what you cant go without. Also, patience and forgiveness were pillar topics as Sara J lamented through the podcast. Please be sure to share with a family member and a friend.
Sincerly, Shameless.

Oh boy, was this not the one that almost took the whole Shameless Community out. Shame in family, friends and relationships is a tough one. Its the one that goes silent and often times left unsaid. Shame in any aspect increases secrecy between one's self and their expectations. Ultimately, ruining the relationship. On this weeks episode, Sara J speaks candidly about the family shame and friendship shame and the steps she took to overcome this feeling. Be sure to share with a friend and subscribe!

What did you say?? Nope, you heart and mind couldn't hear you so now you are living out the very words that you said low underneath your breath and lets just say, that life isn't that pleasant. On this weeks episode Sara J speaks candidly on the power of words and how we can create greatness or sadness. Perhaps our lives are a direct reflection of the words we have spoken and the works that we have put in have been working contrarily against us. Well, no more of that !! Today is the day we as the shameless community is making a daring decision to say more than what we see by declaring verbally the life we desire. Be sure to share this podcast with a family member and a friend, we all can use a little verbal encouragement.

We have all been there before, rather its our hair, our bodies or something on our bodies that has decreased the fun or excitement in our lives. While this may sound familiar, its rather different this year. This year we are coming from inside to outside and while we all wanna be outside, the real question is, do we feel like good enough to be outside. Are you feeling good about your body after the pandemic, some stress and just life. Are you finding yourself unable to celebrate others due to your own lack of joy for yourself? If so, you are not alone. We all experience a bit of shame, but the goal is to not live there. On this weeks podcast, Sara J expresses her own weight loss journey and how it became a new lifestyle. She also talks through how to she was able to talk about the shame in her body and the lack of appreciation she had for it in previous months. Lastly, this weeks total assumption really speaks to the mask mandate in hopes of maintaining social distancing. Enjoy, and be sure to share with a friend.

We have all been there before. The friendship was amazing, when it was good it was good but when it was bad, well we were all ducking for cover and seeking the nearest escape route. I know that feeling all too well. Trying to piece together the last ten years of my life when I think of friendship and how it became what it is now, has been the lack of honest communication. Yes, old saying from daddy, "Can I tell you the truth and be your friend"? Nah, but we have to tell it anyway!
Be sure to share this podcast with a family member and a friend as it truly is the gift that continues to give.
