Welcome to another great episode of the Sing Second podcast. We bring you the stories and happenings at the Naval Academy and the Naval Academy Alumni Association and Foundation (AA&F).
Episode 4 is a good one. Do you like history? Denis Murphy joins the pod to talk about his time on the yard, being a Submariner...and being the Editor of the famous Log Magazine.
Denis dishes on what it takes to be Salty Sam, and he gives his perspective on a book he's writing about the Log and how a little civil disobedience within the walls of Annapolis can help morale and build friendships.
He even dishes a little on how he's using this as an opportunity to reach out to the first classes of women at USNA and right some wrongs.
And......another special bonus interview this week....We preview the Temple football game and give the alumni some recommendations for pre- and post-game revelry with the Ryan Mack and Colin Schofield of the Temple News sports section. These guys are the top minds for Temple sports, and they break down our chances to go 2-0 or 1-1.
Also, check out the amazing merch on usna.com!!!!
Enjoy. Beat Temple!
